Candidate will work closely with Data Engineers on the design and validation of the data to ensure that the data source can effectively support the reporting requirements and results are accurate. The candidate will be responsible for influencing the data design and the dashboard reporting by being knowledgeable in Visual Analytics Best Practices, having Intermediate to Advanced Tableau experience and skills, through frequent and effective communication with the Project Team, and by using their professional authority with regards to dashboard development. The candidate will be responsible for converting business requirements into wireframes and mock-ups, as this role does not always receive fully vetted requirements, and critical thinking skills will be necessary. The candidate will be working on multiple deliverables at the same time with shifting priorities and deadlines, so organization, time management, and attention to detail will be imperative. The candidate will be the key Tableau Developer for the project team, so professionalism, effective communication, and integrity will be helpful in representing the team and broader organization. The candidate will also be responsible for influencing dashboard iterations and version controls of the deliverables. The candidate will need to provide live demonstrations, end-user training, and clear documentation for the dashboards being delivered. *Deliverables:* Dedicated Tableau (BI) Developer for the Client's Health project. Participates in Scrum Team ceremonies. Motivated and is willing to understand and probe into technical details and data irregularities. Creates and evaluates the data needs of assigned projects and assures the integrity of the data. Manages personal resources efficiently to complete assigned projects accurately and on time.
