Please ensure to consider below points in initial screening of profiles. Below are must to have : 1. Conceptual knowledge and hands on in AWS server less component like Lambda, API GW, SQS, Cloudwatch queries and dashboard design. 2. API first approach design . hands on in REST APIs, 3. DB design and performance tuning on Mysql. (AWS Aurora DB) 4. CICD Pipeline set up ( Jenkins) 5. Java FSD. 6. Should be able to do design and POCs on its own. 7. Good communication. Good to have : 1. AWS Infrastructure as code using Terraform /Cloudformation. 2. Creating static templates with HTML. 3.
