Position will support and develop cloud migration patterns and solutions for global cloud deployments and will be a technical contact for cloud deployments in China. Position will engage other IT functions to ensure compliant and secure solutions are developed and deployed within Azure and AWS GCA cloud environments. *Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:* · Design and develop next generation cloud platforms to support large scale server/application workloads. · Advocate for engineering practices and assist teams in using frameworks for infrastructure as code and immutable infrastructure concepts · Build full and partial stack components for hybrid, AWS, Azure, and on-premise solutions. · Develop Cloud Formation templates, tools, libraries, and automation code · Ensure the quality, consistency, and performance of the cloud platform through fully automated deployments, functional and performance testing · Work as a member of infrastructure engineering responsible to design, develop and operate cloud platforms which runs 24x7 *Basic Qualifications:* · Possess an associate degree/Technical Diploma or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution · Minimum three (3) years of experience in Information Technology (IT) working in a private, public, government or military environment Niche skill set or specialty product experience. Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group. Plans, designs, develops, codes and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products. *Responsibilities:* 1. Revises and refines systems as required. 2. Participates in the devising of project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation. Involved in testing and ongoing support of business systems. 3. Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation. 4. Must be able to apply SDLC concepts and have a proven track record of delivering solid, robust applications.
