*OnBase Systems Administrator * *Frankfort, KY* *1 year contract* *Job Description:* · Client is seeking contract resource for the role OnBase Systems Administrator of who will responsible to provide the daily support and maintenance of the in-house OnBase Enterprise Content Management solution for all levels. · This position will monitor application and system health, performance, and capacity to ensure overall stability of the solution. · Systems Administrator will be expected to perform operational support responsibilities for break/fix incidents for OnBase solutions across the enterprise as needed as well as perform routine system administration tasks across all supported solutions. · The Systems Administrator will participate in architecture and planning for both upgrades and enhancements to ECM solutions as well as collaborate and liaise with other teams and serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert for the OnBase product. · The Systems Administrator will also coordinate with the Document Imaging Specialist to ensure the imaging hardware and software in use throughout the client are configured properly to ensure their optimal performance. *Special requirements:* · Will develop a subject matter expert level of expertise in the OnBase product suite. Will be expected to become an OnBase Certified Systems Administrator (OCSA) within 4 months. · Experience with configuring Microsoft servers and client operating systems. MSCE certification is preferred, but not required. · Expected to multitask effectively while assigned to multiple concurrent projects. · Be able to interpret and understand project requirements and apply them in the OnBase configuration. · High understanding of confidentiality and data privacy laws. *TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS AND UNIQUE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:* 08:00 – 17:00 M-F On-call availability as required.
