Perform core Basis functions (e.g., corrections, support packs, kernels, transports) • Analyze the impact of proposed technical solutions • Manage the Installation and Integration of Vertex Tax Application with SAP and updating Vertex GeoCode and Rate updates on the Vertex servers to reflect the new sales tax changes • Manage the Integration of SAP servers with third-party bolt-on applications Peak, GIS, Vertex, BSI Tax Factory, Topcall, Esker Faxing & OpenText Live Link (IXOS) archiving system with SAP • Manage the Installation, upgrade and day-to-day support activities of Automic Workload Automation Tool • Manage User Administration (User, Group, Role, CUA), Database Backup, Disaster Recovery tasks • Manage implementation of TDMS (Test Data Migration Server) to be able to scramble the sensitive data on SAP HCM systems for HR reporting and data size optimizing • Assist in creating and modifying strategies, resolve problems and document issues resolutions • Troubleshoot, analyze performance and implement best practices on Java stack environments • Possess good knowledge on ITIL service delivery methodology.
