Ideally, the Candidate would have participated in 2 LMS Implementations in the recent past. Experience with SuccessFactors LMS data sets & reporting would be a huge plus. · Required Skills: 1. 3 years of Data analysis and mapping experience 2. Strong SQL experience with large data sets from multiple sources 3. Strong MS-Excel experience 4. Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) implementations 5. Data Oriented with attention to detail & good communication skills Desired Skills: 1. Experience with SuccessFactors LMS data sets & reporting using PRD (Plateau Reports Designer) 2.
