Candidate should be a strong ABAP Developer very familiar with SRM Workflow and the Procurement Hierarchy approval structure and synchronization. This includes hands-on experience with SRM workflow development using with HR synchronization, SUS setup, and configuration of Document Builder and RMS reporting. Experience in the direct development of SRM workflow using HR synchronization, Document Builder, RMS reporting and SUS. Strong knowledge of SRM and SRM ABAP Programming. Strong experience with SRM, integration, design, and technical configuration This position requires the candidate to be self-motivated and also able with work well within a team environment. Ability to communicate effectively with management by providing status information in a clear and concise manner. Creative and collaborative problem solving skills. Candidate must have the following. At least seven years demonstrated hands experience on with SAP ECC 6.0, ABAP Programming, SRM and specific modules - SUS, Document Builder, SRM Workflow and HR Synchronization. At least five SRM implementation projects with ECC Core. • Strong SRM Knowledge. • Good communication and presentations skill a must. • Candidate must have strong troubleshooting skills regarding. • Must have strong skills in leadership, negotiation, facilitation, communication, mentoring, marketing, training, business process improvement, and resource management • Must be a self-starter. • Must be proficient in SRM ABAP Workflow programming..
