*Primary Skills:* 10 Years DevOps, 5 Years SRE, Lead exp *VISA: GC-EAD, H4-EAD, GC and USC* *Job Title: Principal SRE Leader / SRE Evangelist* *Location: New York City, NY (1 New York Plaza, 21st Floor | New York, NY 10004)* *Duration: FTE role with Genpact or 6+ Months Contract 2 hire* *Client: Genpact/Morgan Stanley* *Visa: H1B transfer, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, GC and USC* *Somethings to add based on client expectation: * · They should ideally have 5+ years’ experience in true SRE work, and · Ideally have some tenure in a leading edge SRE adopting organization (i.e. high-growth Tech Startups now public like DropBox/Stripe/Uber/Lyft/Github or big tech like Google/LinkedIn/Facebook etc.) Genpact is seeking a *Principal SRE Leader as part of the Business Technology Services organization. *This role is pivotal for executing the delivery excellence strategy and for successfully driving SRE practices. *This role will be a key part of the Delivery organization accountable for* · Strategizing a multi-year roadmap for defining, integrating, evangelizing, and landing SRE practices in how Genpact delivers solutions to our customers. · Continuously evaluating and representing the Function with Senior Leadership and other Directors. · Driving the prioritization, planning, and execution by partnering and collaborating with the teams and resources across Domains, Engineering Groups, and Segments. · Overseeing the development of processes, tools, and reporting and making key decisions for enabling SRE practices for the business. · Coordinating, measuring, and monitoring the execution of SRE practices, and Overseeing actions for continuous improvement. · Influence and drive policies, operational processes, standards/guidelines, and solutions that proactively address issues before they impact system functionality or performance. This role requires a collaborative leader with strong SRE practices, an understanding of the consulting services delivery and engineering disciplines, and the ability to successfully influence in a highly matrixed environment. The role is responsible for leading the definition of necessary SRE processes and methodology, best practices from the product teams, industry, and for driving SRE practices improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for influencing the adoption and usage of SRE practices across multiple domains working closely with the Leadership, Development, DevOps, and other teams Plan and deliver complex SRE related process and tool improvements, drive complex behavioral change by planning and executing change management strategies driving best in class practices leading to scalable and sustainable solutions.
