Client: NYS Office of Mental Health Work Location: Office of Mental Health 44 Holland Avenue Albany, NY 12229 Scheduled Work Hours: 40 hours per week Duration of Contract: 24 Months Visa: H1B & Above Due Date: 2/17/2021 Short description: This position will fill a key role on priority projects in support of the New York State Office of Mental Health’s mission. The goal of the MET project is to rewrite the Mental Health Automated Recording System (MHARS), an existing application built on an aging infrastructure and antiquated technologies, to ensure continuity of care for patients with mental health diagnosis. The key role of this position is to analyze all business requirements to design user interfaces. This will help facilitate the team to build a system that meets the user experience needs. Requested Qualification: 96 Months Experience in web-based application user interface design which leverage emergent technologies and accessibility standards defined in World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). 96 Months Experience in user interface design using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Balsamiq, UXPin or other visual design and wire-framing tools 96 Months Experience with prototyping user interfaces 85 Months Experience and knowledge of using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive design coding for mobile devices. 60 Months Experience in web designing using Bootstrap framework. 60 Months Experience using and operating TFS and basic experience in navigating projects in Visual Studio. 48 Months Experience troubleshooting styling and browser compatibility issues. 48 Months Experience with designing web based health care applications. 48 Months Experience working on applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI). -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
