*Description:*

·        Articulate the overall project plan along with the Project Manager
for the stream in conjunction with the larger project plan for Tusker

·        Develop a pragmatic schedule for process and policy detailing
along with its variations leveraging the existing documentation and SME
knowledge available

·        Identify the stakeholders in different regions and in-progress use
cases where Tusker could lend in guidance and support

·        Identify stakeholders for part of the processes that would impact
or get impacted by the harmonization and steady state processes

·        Develop a plan to advice the use case owners on the
processes/policy developed and intercede on uses cases/deployments

·        Act as a conduit with the integration workstream and process
workstream to support them on the processes as well as fetch feedback and
incorporate it into process

·        Lead the development of the harmonization and steady state process
with support from the process consultant and MRO expert

·        Reach out to the businesses and other stakeholders to validate the
process and policy as well as take a sign off on it

·        Identify the quick wins from a process standpoint and conduct
workshops for defining the process

·        Set up connect with businesses where deployments are underway to
intercede on process definitions and policy definition as well as take
feedback on the processes developed

·        Call in for right support in the project from an SME, business,
functional support and escalate as required

·        A prior experience on working with complex projects in large
matrix structured organizations

·        Proven experience of working on master data strategy, governance
and implementation. Preferably to have experience on working on MRO related
engagements

·        Excellent coordination and facilitation skills across global
stakeholders to conduct workshops, discussions, reviews

·        Ability to work with senior stakeholders as well as
technical/techno-functional stakeholders

·        Ability to work in flexible working hours across the globe with
majority of stakeholders in the US and India time zone.

*Description: *

The City of San Diego is going to implement the SuccessFactors Recruiting
Management, Career Site Builder, and onboarding functionality and processes.

We are looking for a solution architect/senior functional/technical lead to
assist in all aspects of this implementation, from project preparation,
requirements gathering, solution design/blueprint, hands-on functional
configuration, develop custom reports (if needed), test script development
to testing, documentation and training City of San Diego functional staff
for modules administration. The resource will be working in conjunction
with the City’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) staff of development,
security and basis resources on a project team.

The proposed resource(s) need to have a minimum of five (8) years of
experience in working with the SuccessFactors Recruiting and onboarding.
Resource(s) also need to have completed at least four successful full
lifecycles SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding implementation
projects, preferably within the US Public Sector that has at least four (4)
labor unions.



*Task Description:*

The City has a need to enhance unclassified (salaried employee) recruiting
process to reach out to a broader community pool of qualified candidates.
The aim of this project is to simplify and automate the recruiting process
that is mostly manual now. The City also has a need to implement a robust
onboarding process. Currently, SuccessFactors LMS is being used to assign
new hires learning needs and regulation reviews. There is a need for a more
creative and robust onboarding tool.

The chosen implementation partner will work with the City’s ERP and Human
Resources staff to:

·        *Recruiting:* As a functional/technical lead and project manager
to analyze as-is processes, advise the City on best practices, set up
Recruiting/Marketing from Provisioning, create a QuickBase for the SEO team
specific to the City’s needs, request site mockups, mockup approval,
request initial job collection and job data quality assessment, complete
the configuration workbook, set up Role-based permissions, request
sub-domain, SSL setup, assist City staff with testing, perform
configuration changes when needed, update the configuration workbook,
develop any custom report(s), assist with integrations to other
SuccessFactors or SAP modules, assist with SSO setup, and train end users
and administrators.

·        *Onboarding:* As a functional/technical and project manager,
analyze as-is processes, advise the City of best practices, set up
Onboarding from Provisioning, set up Role-based Permissions, deploy
Onboarding Process definition, configure data model for Onboarding,
integrate Recruiting and/or other systems with Onboarding, configure data
collection, manage Onboarding template(s), create and update configuration
workbook, develop any custom report(s), assist with SSO setup, and train
end users and administrators.
