Coordinates with users to determine requirements. Codes, tests, debug documents and implements complex software applications. May coordinate activities of the project team and assist in monitoring project schedules and costs. Functions as technical lead and acts as liaison between business units. Provides training, direction and support to team members. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Analyzes, codes, tests and documents complex enhancements made to new and/or existing programs. • Provides 24x7 support to technology team members. • Designs, codes, tests and implements application programs according to client specifications. • Acts as technical expert addressing problems of systems integration, compatibility and multiple platform integration. Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects. • Acts as a liaison to define business requirements and/or problems and initiates maintenance of existing programs or designs of a new application. • Develops project plans, work assignments, target dates and other aspects of assigned projects and communicates this information to senior management and the business unit. • Responsible for all documentation, development, testing and user acceptance testing. • Serves as technical resource for less experience team members. • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of technology supporting application(s) for a line of business. • Other duties as required.
