The ideal candidate will be someone who is still passionate about hands-on coding who will be heavily involved in coding and design work but also passionate about mentoring and growing other teammates - Need skillset similar to the Sr. Java Full Stack Developer and the following additional skillset: - Responsible for ensuring that the best technical approach and practices are applied in all phases of the application lifecycle. - Assist with problem analysis, propose resolution and provide time + resource estimates for implementing the solution. - Develop, enhance, fix bugs, support, test, and document and coordinate application release across environments. - Perform code reviews, mentor other developers, be a resource for technical inquiries, provide technical guidance and support for team members. *What are the “Must-Have” skillsets & technologies that this candidate must have for you to hire him/ her?
