The ideal candidate must have good knowledge in the Healthcare domain especially on the Provider side. You will be working with DPMs, portfolio managers and manage the Product Backlog in alignment with the client roadmap at high level. To ensure prioritization of backlog is taken care and delivery of business commitments are handled well on time efficiently in end to end manner. *Responsibilities:* Defines the Product Roadmap Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product Ensure product requirements and user stories are clearly understood from the customer discovery process Ensures the product and customer requirements are gathered and prioritized Enables research and plans the product-line strategy Sets and tracks clear Product Success goals Ensure the execution of their product development in collaboration with engineering Adherence to the best practices and standards; provide periodic status updates Ensure career progression for Associate Product Managers via focused mentoring and grooming Perform product demos to customers Owns backlog commitments and supports the implementation of multiple small to medium systems and/or products. Influence and improve customer satisfaction *Job Requirements* · Requires BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with IT focus degree; minimum of 3 years experience implementing Agile methodologies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. · *Preferred CSPO or equivalent.* 5+ years of experience as product owner Business analysis skills Knowledge and experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Proficiency Capable of partnering with the product owner/business partners to co-create value and communicate with all levels of stakeholders. Strong Healthcare experience Healthcare Provider knowledge is a great advantage Good understanding of API services and integration Experience in handling Wed and Mobile Applications development Location : This position will be based in Richmond, VA.
