Need heavy pharma exp in recent LinkedIn Profile Must *Job Title: Pharma IT PM* *Duration: 1 year contract* *Location: 100% remote* *Visa Status: no restriction* *Interview process: 2 rounds (WebEx)* *Availability for video screening: * *REQUIRED Experience:* Pharma background, implementation, agile, working with cross functional teams, 8 years total IT exp. *Job Details:* • Own the implementation of a SaaS marketing product for one or more clients • Drive discovery and requirements gathering sessions with client facing teams to document key business needs and objectives • Collaborate with appropriate teams to translate client requirements into solution design, ensuring client needs/expectations are met • Define and document process maps to show alignment between business and system process • Drive all aspects of the project including initiation, planning/discovery, implementation, and closeout. • Provide guidance and coordination for user acceptance testing • Own, track and manage project deliverables and milestones leveraging Project Management toolbelt including but not limited to: o Project Plan o Status Report o Communication Plan o Risk Mitigation Plan o Decisions / Actions / Issues Log • Monitor project with day to day progress and communicate status to internal team members • Partner with IQVIA account team to manage client expectations and scope *WHO YOU ARE / REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: *• Friendly, humble, and adaptable with positive and can-do attitude to manage self without micro-management • Feedback oriented; contributor to improving processes or creating efficiencies • Customer focused; prioritize client satisfaction and delivery • Analytical; ability to identify a problem and step back to look at the bigger picture • Experienced; open to receiving coaching and mentoring; willingness to learn and step outside comfort zone • Writer and speaker; communicate clear and concise messages with appropriate details; comfortable talking to clients and colleagues from peer to executive level *WHAT YOU NEED / QUALIFICATIONS: *• Education: Bachelors’ Degree • *Skills:* Problem solving, critical thinking, oral and written communications, strong facilitation and coordination skills, ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
