The projects goal is to create a platform that allows other systems to process flights in oversale status, process customers associated to such flights and compensate/accommodate impacted customers. This platform will need to be setup to eventually make use of Machine Learning and ‘s Artificial Intelligence. The platform will be highly configurable (unique formula’s, settings and rules) and process real-time data for decision making. The platform will be able to track, report and allow administrative adjustments on work processed.
