Position - Lead Developer/.Net/Angular Location - Remote and then maybe Boca Raton, FL
10+ Exp Only No H1B *JOB DESCRIPTION:* • Lead a team of onsite and offshore software developers in the development of web applications and system integrations • Create, communicate and implement the software design and architecture. • Hands on development in various technologies and frameworks and perform code reviews. • Manage the SCRUM process and work closely with business analysts and development team to plan product releases and resolve issues. • Meet with the business and marketing stakeholders to understand their needs and work with the team to provide timely and quality solutions • Mentor team members in development, requirements gathering, and software methodologies and process • Construct and deliver long term plans, estimates • Analyze application data and provide different metrics and analysis to management • Present technology and project presentations to upper management for discussion and approvals • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Identify product and project risks, communicate them to the team, and create mitigation plans • Drive continuous improvements leveraging Agile methodologies • Facilitate team communication, team building exercises, and morale. • Proficient in current application programming languages and tools like C# .Net , NodeJS, JAVA, Angular, React, CSS, HTML5, etc. • Good understanding of Microservices architecture and experience with developing and deploying them • Hands on experience with Cloud platforms like AWS including services like Beanstalk, Fargate/EKS, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway etc. will be an added plus. • Experience working on a SCRUM/Agile team and working with related tools such as JIRA Agile and preferably have some experience with managing SCRUM teams. • Extensive experience working with a distributed offshore/onsite team • Proven ability to develop / grow teams and resources to meet the needs of the organization and clients • Experience working directly with business stakeholders. • Knowledge of healthcare staffing a plus • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills for effective communication to clients and project team members; including prior experience writing white papers, proposals, research reports, articles and case studies.
