Optimizing the technology and taking out the manual work. - Experience managing multiple medium to large scale projects. This person will be managing 1-2 medium to large projects at one time. - Nice to have banking/financial experience. - Experience working in a enterprise environment - Nice to have (certified Scrum Master) - Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines - Works with the Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams. - Agile/Scrum experience. *Additional Qualifications:* - Exemplifies and promotes *Agile* values and principles - Knowledge of an *agile framework* or method (ie. *Scrum, Kanban*) or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as an in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices - Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques - Planning and problem solving with product management and discovery teams - Summary: Responsible for planning and managing tactical projects that are typically of medium level complexity, impact multiple business units and include up to 50 project team members. *Qualifications:* - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
