*Solution Architect with financial industry experience * *Location:* Jacksonville, Florida - *100% remote* Candidate must be willing to work on EST time zone *Duration:* 6 months + high chance of extension or converting *Job Description:* Solution Architect - *Digital channels & Systems of Engagement* Should have specialized expertise in architecture and engineering in the following areas. In this role the person is responsible for providing hands-on leadership and solutioning across several digital transformation initiatives while helping the Tech solutioning organization to establish standards and practices: 1. *Web and mobile based solutions for business operations*. 2. Deep expertise in responsive UI, process and system aggregation, event processing, channel notifications and delivery solutions 2. Portal solutions 3. Smart forms 4. IAM and security, authentication and authorization (working knowledge is sufficient) 5. Customer interaction hub, channel services, omni channel capabilities, cross-channel journey orchestration and customer state management 6. Service oriented process orchestration, BPM/workflow/rules-based/event-driven processing Common foundational skills requirements (general/basic understanding): 1. Tools/software/framework technical evaluation (in respective areas of specialization) 2. System integration expertise – *web services, legacy / mainframe /file-based integration design and troubleshooting* 3. Developing cloud native solutions in *Azure and AWS cloud* 4. Performance engineering for *web/mobile/middleware and integration software* 5. Product design expertise 6. DevOps and cyber security engineering ( good to have) EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Post-graduate education is desired.
