*Description:*

Hands on experience in designing and building internal and external web
client applications using *ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, NodeJS, Java
Spring boot and Microservices architecture. *

The candidate will be responsible for developing and *driving adoption of
products in the API Center of Excellence*.

The candidate is expected to work collaboratively with Client leadership,
Scrum Master and Developers in identifying technical requirements,
non-functional requirements and translate them into features and User
stories.

The candidate is also expected to perform product demos, conduct roadshows
and drive adoption.



*Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications : *

*15+ years of Technical Product Owner experience*.

Experience in agile software product development. Strong requirements
elicitation, and proven writing skills including the ability to write
concisely and clearly for different audiences.

Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools.

Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives,
Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest.

*SAFe PO/PM certification or equivalent.*



*Responsibilities *- Own the product end to end as well as roadmap at the
technology/functional level. Lead a team of API backend developers and UI
Developers in delivering large and complex API solutions Work with customer
Technology leadership and Senior Managers in identifying the requirements,
convert into features, define acceptance criteria, guide the Scrum Master
to define User stories and Story points. Provide technical guidance to
support the product backlog grooming sessions conducted by Scrum master.

Provide technical guidance to API developers and UI developers to Design,
implement, test and deploy APIs using the latest technologies and best
practices.

Agile project delivery End to End ownership in implementing custom build
API solutions, communicate risks, issues, challenges and status/progress of
the project Participate in thought leadership







*Provides Technology Consulting with expertise in technology drivers and
trends. Responsible for Product Architecture in the business division by
providing guidance to Associate Product Architect I and II.*


1. Leads the product team from a technical and architectural perspective to
deliver desired services with associated service levels
2. Ownership and implementation of the technology vision across departments
for given products/initiatives
3. Ensure execution plans are aligned with business goals
4. Enable the research and evaluation of new technology and new
architectural and software designs
5. Keep abreast with the latest trends and knowledge within technology
space and deliver meaningful user experiences
6. Drive technological innovation, enabling technology refreshes and
selection of alternative technologies; leveraging changing usage and trends
in the industry
7. Evangelize and drive change across the organization; influencing
leadership both within the Product teams and rest of the organization
8. Drive the adoption of Architectural standards across the organization
9. Ensure identification, analysis and resolution of systemic technical
issues
10. Lead creation and delivery of proof-of-concept and near
production-ready code prototypes; demonstrating new technologies or design
patterns to other technology teams
11. Leverage technical experience to mentor and coach team members; build
next layer of Product Architecture leadership to attract and retain the
best technology talent
12. Enable team collaboration working with cross-functional teams,
demonstrated by working effectively with global /distributed teams building
global applications
13. Enable efficient employment and recruitment activities, while providing
coaching and guidance to a team of Product Architecture professionals and
promoting staff training and development
14. Set OKRs and success steps for self/ team and providing feedback of
goals for team members
