*Qualifications and Skills*
- Must have hands-on *Microsoft Dynamics 365(DAX)* design and
development experience
- Programming languages: *C#, .net, JavaScript, HTML etc.*
- Experience in *Data migration* into *Dynamics 365* from external
systems using *SSIS/REST* services and blob data transfer.
- Experience in performing data cleaning, preparation, reporting, and
data analysis
- Work with other stakeholders to resolve data extraction and/or loading
issues
- Experience with performing data extraction, aggregation, and quality
checking from multiple sources and tables in support of trend
identification, root cause analysis, and validation of the performance
measures
- Completing ad-hoc projects relating to data investigations, follow-ups
on analysis results, or other client requests.
- Experience in Data mining and data cleansing for migration.
- Migration of Business Data from On prem *DAX to D365*
- Demonstrable knowledge of capabilities of the supporting software in
the Microsoft stack (certification is a positive), including:
- *PowerApps, LogicApps, Flow and Common Data Service*
- *Visual Studio Team Service*
- *Lifecycle Services*
- Deep and broad knowledge of technical capabilities of *Dynamics 365*,
including appropriate certification.
- Must be able to show good knowledge of practices for Dynamics 365
- Development of *Workflows, Processes, SLA, Solutions, and Integrations
using D365*
- Building and *configuring forms, views, dashboards and workflows*
- Experience with *API, REST/ODATA and SOAP* endpoints for integrations
- Strong understanding of and ability to configure security groups,
roles and teams
- Contribute to system and solution design of Dynamics 365
implementations
- Knowledge of best practices for working with offshore teams
- Experience of Agile Methodology
*Experience and Background*
- Over 6 to 10 years of Consulting Experience in Dynamics 365.
- Expertise in providing both out of the box and development solutions
in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment;
- Ability to lead engagements.
- Adept at Business Requirement Analysis with a focus on reducing
development effort and simplifying delivery
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
- Business process mapping, modelling and documentation knowledge
- Experience of mentoring junior and offshore/onshore staff
