Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. · At least 6+ years of experience in Information Technology. · Strong COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS and VSAM expertise · Experience doing Design, Development, and Maintenance using COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, SAS and EZYTRIEVE · Experience with DB2 SQL · Experience in working in Agile methodology preferably SAFe agile · Experience in Retirement services domain · Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. · Proven leadership, self-starter, collaborative, innovative, provide leadership to, Mentor junior team members, Escalate issues and risks to executive management for timely resolution. · Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Minimum years of experience*5+ Certifications Needed: No Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*: 1. Analysis of legacy COBOL modules and document the same 2. Refer and enrich the output from Pseudo code conversion tool 3.
