Ideal resource should have background on Payments and Banking Industry. S/he leads scope definition, risk identification and methodology and reports on project status, determines time frames, staffing and resource requirements and leads others to make meaningful process improvements. He manages projects to deliver within scope, on time and on budget. The resource should be proficient in creating and managing Microsoft project plan, create statistics/reporting out of the project plan, manage critical path and highlight deviations. Strong in Microsoft office tools such as excel and power point to create management reporting and statistics.
