*Job Title:* Senior Release Manager *Location*: Currently Remote *Duration : * 12 months *Visa* : No H1-B *Rate : *Open *MUST HAVE SKILLS* è Analytical Skills è JIRA è Release Management è Reporting è Requirements Gathering *Responsibilities * è Define release plans to meet the needs of the business and delivery dates è Executes on release plans that enable all teams to complete deliverables and ensure a successful deployment è Monitor and provide approvals for code builds to staging environments è Coordinate with Product Management to identify defects that would prevent the release deployment è Create change request tickets an obtain approvals for production deployments è Create and maintain release wiki and workbook identifying features, user stories, and components è Conduct a release readiness review to obtain a Go/NoGo vote for deployment from the key stakeholders of the release è Host and drive the release deployments to ensure proper engagement from all needed teams è Provide release communications regarding the status of the release deployment *Required Qualifications* è 10+ years of Software Release Management experience within high tech industry with proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful release throughout its lifecycle è Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders è Solid technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development, web technologies, and communications è Strong analytical skills and ability to develop release contingency plans è Ability to work in a diverse, dynamic, and demanding environment è Ignite innovation and change to enhance delivery of customer-focused results è Process Management è Data Gathering and Reporting è Emerging Technologies è Ignite innovation and change è Technical skills would include; Jira, Scaled Agile Framework; Excel è Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into high impact product initiatives *Preferred Qualifications* è Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field è 2+ years working within a scaled agile environment Have a nice Day.
