*SCRUM Master with Azure DevOps projects experience * Location: *East Peoria IL * Duration: 12 months (possible extension) Eligible Visa: Open *Required Skills: -** 5-8 Yrs of exp only.** AGILE experience -practicing scrum master - 3 years -IT background knowledge -Communication skills.* *Technical Skills Required:* - *2+ years of practical Agile experience, practicing Scrum Master, or a combination of both* - Experience *working with Azure DevOps* - Experience with *Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings)* *Typical Day:* - *Act as the point of contact for Capability team engagement across multiple Azure Demands*. - Cross-agile team collaboration and communications. - Responsible for understanding the scope of delivery, assist with story creation. - Responsible for understanding the scope of demand, assist in coordinating initial meeting with business and update demand requirements. - *Guides the Agile team(s) and organization to follow generally accepted Agile practices and daily activities to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint.* - Escalate and track impediments - Coordinate and run Program increment planning - Facilitate daily stand-up meetings *Candidate Responsibilities:* The scrum master is responsible for ensuring the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use.
