*Job Roles / Responsibilities: *
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent
combination of education and work experience
· 5+ years of IT experience. Wholesale payment industry experience is
a plus
· Demonstrated experience in key IT Service Management areas
(Incident, Problem, Knowledge and Change Management)
· Proficient w/ AIX/Linux platform
· Familiarity with networking concepts and requesting network
services: Routing, Firewalls, NATs, etc.
· Working knowledge of real-time messaging and batch file transfer
implementation and troubleshooting using different packages and
methodologies (MQ, FTP, SCP, Sterling, etc)
· Experience with application databases in Oracle, MS-SQL and DB2 to
include table design, table updates, query design, table load
