*Job Title : *Network Engineer II *Location: *Milwaukee, WI *Duration : *6 Months *Contract : *C2C * Visa : *Except H1B *Rate : *Open *MUST HAVE* Ø CCNA Ø CCNP Ø Cisco Ø EIGRP Ø MGCP Ø Networking Ø Routers Ø SIP *Interview Process: Microsoft Teams* *Description:* The Network Engineer will be responsible to provide strategic planning, innovative solutions and advanced technical knowledge to design, implement and support enterprise voice, video and data services that align with the Company’s business and IT objectives. * Responsibilities:* Ø Installation, maintenance and enhancements of a Cisco wired and wireless network that delivers voice, video and data services on corporate production and guest networks Ø Perimeter network security including Cisco and Juniper firewalls Ø Maintenance of private DHCP services and both public and private DNS services. Ø Ensure data integrity and security by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate network infrastructure hardware and software solutions utilizing industry standards and best practices. Ø Assist with developing standards, policies, and configuration guidelines. Establish and document standards and procedures for team review. Ø Conducts routine hardware and software audits of the network infrastructure to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, best practices and configuration guidelines. Ø Perform upgrades to network infrastructure components. Ø Work with voice and data service providers to obtain new service and troubleshoot/maintain existing service Ø Work with the IT group to develop and enhance processes and procedures for disaster recovery *Experience:* Ø Experience with Cisco router and switch product lines including network design and architecture as well as strong hands on technical skills. Ø Experience with designing, implementing and maintaining voice services with Cisco networking equipment. Ø Network connectivity including: MetroE, T1, fiber optic, DSL, MPLS, port aggregation and trunking, load balancing and failover etc. Ø Experience with designing, implementing and maintaining Cisco wireless networks to include WCS/NCS and WLAN controllers. Ø Exposure to SIP, MGCP, G.729, G.711, and RTP and H.323 Ø Experience with Cisco and/or Juniper perimeter security and VPN technologies; IPSEC and SSL VPNs for internal and external customers. Ø Enterprise experience with EIGRP, BGP, OSPF and spanning tree *Qualifications:* Ø Ability to thrive in a fast paced and growing environment Ø Ability to work under high stress and pressure environments Ø Ability to use good judgment and experience to resolve complex issues and challenges. Ø Takes ownership for work and initiative for requests, incidents and problems Ø IT Professionalism in all aspects of the position *Education/Experience: * Ø Minimum 3-5 years as a Network Engineer with strong Cisco router and switch design and management skills. Ø Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred; 2 year degree may be considered with appropriate experience *Certificates And Licenses:* *Minimum of a CCNA; CCNP or higher preferred* Have a nice Day.
