Involve in unit testing. · Ensuring smooth delivery of the project. · During production issue, resolve the issue and execute the cycle within agreed timeline. · Involve in Quality audit. Involve in Peer review and provide the feedback on time. · Lead the team and provide necessary technical help required. Provide feedback to all associates on a regular basis and motivate them to move on their career. · Derive metrics and make sure it meets the SLO. · Responsible to deliver the module on time. · Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams as necessary during project delivery, including daily connect calls.
