The PO/Engagement Mgr describes the problems we are solving then identifies and tracks the metrics for success, keeping the technical team and client stakeholders apprised of the requirements, scope, and schedule of software projects through all phases of delivery. The product manager will facilitate adoption of new systems and features by collaborating with multiple client groups to build buy-in, create documentation, and assist with training. The PO/Engagement Mgr works under general or minimum supervision and performs duties with broad latitude for judgement. He or she is expected to work independently to perform analysis, compare as-is to desired states, recommend changes, and facilitate roll-out to get software adopted. Work is performed at client offices, at Clairvoyant's headquarters, and remotely as appropriate. The ideal candidate will have *3-5 years of product owner experience delivering software *and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Higher education industry experience preferred *Examples of Job Duties for Product Owner/ Engagement Manager:* 1. Identifies important groups of users, describes their goals, and creates a software product roadmap to build or modify software systems accordingly. 2. Consults with client employees at all levels of the organization to identify business needs and measurements for success. 3. Works with client sponsors to continuously define priorities so the software team is always working on what's most important. 4. Works with client sponsors to communicate challenges, opportunities, and new information that affect delivery of software projects. 5. Works as a Product Owner within a software team to continuously communicate requirements and priorities so that the team is building great software that the client wants. 6. Creates and maintains a backlog of software features to be delivered, including detailed acceptance criteria as discovered and documented in collaboration with client stakeholders. 7. Coordinates and documents meetings among client stakeholders and technical team members for purposes of discovering, documenting, verifying, measuring, and demonstrating software. 8. Gives software demos to client stakeholders. 9.
