Purpose: 
Responsible for supporting Workforce Management (WFM) application for a
medium size Agent Contact Center. This analyst will be supporting the WFM
Team, Contact Center Agents, and Leadership with the goal of creating a
remarkable impact for our patients and healthcare providers. Position will
be responsible for ensuring the right resources are in the right place at
the right time to reduce cost, support operational growth, and ensure the
appropriate and productive utilization of contact center resources.
Applicant will maintain and update Forecast, Agent Schedules, Intraday,
Shrinkage, Reporting and supporting real time contact center operations. 

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents
requirements defines scope and objectives and formulates systems to parallel
overall business strategies. May require an associate degree in a related
area and 3+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has
knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a
particular field. Generally, supports commodity or generic/unspecified
skills, such as Application Support, Business Analyst, Compliance
Consulting, Domaine SME, SharePoint BSA. Relies on instructions and
pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under
immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require
exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a manager or a team
Lead. 

Responsibilities: 
Support Contact Center Workforce Management (WFM) processes for Forecasting,
Scheduling, intraday, shrinkage and Reporting Analytics to ensuring business
goals, objectives, and service level agreements are satisfied. 
. Monitor and analyze call and activity volumes vs. available staff and
optimize resource schedules to maintain contact center key performance
indicators. 
. Maintain and update schedules for staff to ensure optimal coverage with
the right resources, in the right place, at the right time. 
. Develop, analyze, and deliver WFM and Contact Center reports with lessons
learned from prior day/week/month. 
. Maintain and adjust agent resource assignments ensuring they receive the
right calls at the right time. 
. Review and approve agent time off and schedule change requests. 
. Research and analyze agent schedule adherence issues/concerns and deliver
suggestions for improvement. 

Qualifications: 
. Prior medium to large call-center experience required 
. Prior WFM administrative and real-time scheduling support 
. High school diploma or GED equivalent required 
. College degree preferred 
. Requires skills in all the following: a) Establishing resource schedules;
b) Supporting intraday real-time scheduling activities; c) Identifying and
delivering real-time schedule staffing decisions; d) Developing, analyzing,

Title: Project Manager (ISRM) - Information Security Risk Management

POSITION WILL BE REMOTE* 


Primary Needs: 
. Position will reside within the Information Security Risk Management
(ISRM) Team at Pharmaceutical Client, driving projects within Pharmaceutical
Client's ISRM functions. 
. Experience in managing Information Security, Governance and Compliance
projects, as this Project Manager may lead a variety of projects or
workstreams (estimated 2 - 4 at any point in time) that may cross the
following key areas and functions within the ISRM group: 
o PCI/Compliance/SOX 
o Data Security 
o Cyber Risk Management 
o ISRM Operations - communications, metrics, governance 
o Security Architecture 
o Security Hygiene 
o Incident Response 
o Threat Intelligence 
. More immediately, the following items may be assigned to this Project
Manager: 
o Assist in strategic planning of application migrations (security
architecture reviews, business impact assessments, security code review),
including tracking project progress, meeting coordination, minutes, etc. 
o Assist with projects within the Compliance area, as we have several
assessments that will require some level of security remediation for ISRM. 
o Additionally, we have several projects that require us to expand our
security tool set. This person may create project plans, financial
budgeting, and assist in working with various staff and vendors to implement
the product(s). 
o Assist with "Phase 0" (aka "Discovery") projects that are in need of
assistance with gathering requirements in order to promote the effort into a
full project. 
. Experience with both Waterfall project management methodology, as well as
experience with Agile/Scrum. 
. Candidate should be an experienced (12+ years required) Project Manager
with project management experience in the ISRM space. 
. Strong project management skillset, highly organized individual, including
proven ability to lead and drive project success. 
. Strong collaboration and communication skills, given the potential for

Primary Needs: 
. Position will reside within the Innovation, Architecture, and
Infrastructure team at Pharmaceutical Client. 
. Project Manager will be part of a program consisting of successful
delivery of global manufacturing sites' infrastructure-related technology
wireless and network projects - all dealing with Legacy Allergan integration
into Pharmaceutical Client. 
. Various Legacy Allergan global manufacturing sites require Pharmaceutical
Client-standard technology upgrades. This Project Manager will project
manage 1 to 2 global site update projects at a time, with multiple
workstreams. The workstreams are made up of different technology areas
within the sites: 
o Campus compute facilities (CCF) - exist at a manufacturing site for
purposes of always maintaining business continuity. (Fallback to keep
operations up and running during potential outages.) 
o Manufacturing control networks (MCN) - exist at a manufacturing site to
protect our Pharmaceutical Client networks from external bad actors. 
. Leads the development, prepares recommendations, and produces service
delivery tasks and service deployment plans for wireless and network
infrastructures. 
. Candidate should be an experienced Project Management in technology
Infrastructure projects or programs. Minimum of 12+ years' experience
spanning project management, business systems analysis, software development
or deployment, with a minimum of 5 of those years managing projects.
