Good afternoon, my developer account was blocked, and the day before the 
payment, which seemed very strange to me! from the 16th I am already 
fighting with the support of the payment center and the console, but they 
send to each other and do not say anything concrete, they answer with 
templates. I wrote a complaint for support, gave a link to you, ask my 
question. Actually here is the question, on the 15th I did not receive a 
payment, I wrote to the payment center, they say that the console is 
blocked and the remaining payments will be processed in accordance with the 
conditions, my lawyer and I have studied all the conditions. But there is 
no information on processing payments after blocking, and in support, for a 
specific question of how exactly they will be processed, they simply copy 
the text and send that in accordance with the conditions. As a result, a 
vicious circle. 2 weeks already I can’t get my money, and no one even gives 
information! I hope you can help me, or at least tell me who to contact. 
Has anyone met with such a problem?
