Must have Healthcare experience Must have Production support experience and able to research/debug production issues Problem solver who can use and analyze log files with good troubleshooting skills Salesforce lighting (service module) experience is nice to have. Duties and Responsibilities : Work on production issues assigned Work on application quality controls (QI) per SOP Proactively monitor and manage incidents and service requests assigned to meet targets for backlog and aging. Write SQL queries to research the issue and determine the impact list.
