*Job Title: Technical Business Analyst/Tester* *Location: **Harrisburg, PA* *Duration: 6 Months+* Business Analyst/Tester. The Lottery Product Delivery Team is in need of an individual that can work in several capacities. The individual is needed to work with the various business units to evaluate current processes or issues and help develop improvements that will help lottery to increase sales, improve staff productivity, or enhance player experience. The resource will work across all aspects of the Lottery and be a subject matter expert. In addition, the resource will ensure the changes/enhancements are done correctly and will assist in the UAT of the changes. This position will work on several steps in the Software Development Life Cycle. The selected candidate will work independently and as part of a delivery team in the gathering of requirements mainly as a Business Process Analyst. The candidate will work with both the vendors and the state team to gather requirements, fine tune processes, and look for ways to improve system functionality as well as user experience. The candidate will also work with the QA team on system testing in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment as needed. As the contract is still going through the final stages of negotiations, details related to specific tools are not available at this time.
