As a Salesforce Architect, you will be able to - design technical architect solutions that includes integrated systems as well - manage development lifecycle to ensure quality delivery - document design considerations, benefits and recommendations The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years’ experience with Salesforce Clouds (Service, Sales, Marketing or force.com) application and technical design. Role and Responsibilities: - Minimum 5 years Salesforce.com (SFDC) consulting implementation experience as a Technical lead/architect - Minimum 5 years of experience developing APEX, VF & Lightning LWC components - Provide SFDC Lightning expertise to help clients build modern platforms on Salesforce Communities using Lightning Web Components - Help designing security model to protect data visibility and accessibility - Help development team in building/implementing LWC Components - Lead the implementation around Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud (Opportunity Management, Knowledgebase, CTI integration, Einstein NBA) - Should have solid background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns) & programming languages like Apex, Java Script, Apex, HTML, Lightning Web Components etc. - Agile and Iterative experience - Help team create/implement Sales and Service Cloud, Community Cloud components as needed - Conduct research on best practices and industry/functional trends to understand how to use delivered platform functionality - Participate in cross-functional meetings to review business requirement, assist in fit/gap analysis and provide detailed technical design documentation - Develop integrations between Salesforce and interfaces using APIs - Provide documentation (Data Mapping, Technical Solution Design Specifications, data dictionaries, data model, etc.) for projects involved - Maintain different Salesforce CRM environments, help deploy solutions from Dev to Test to Production. CICD exposure is added advantage - Interact with global teams across geographies & time zone to get the work done.
