*Responsibilities:*
- Identifying the top impediments to developer productivity on modern
platform
- Finding ways to remove the problems that matter most our engineers
- Cultivating a community of individuals who take a developer first'
mindset
- Establishing mechanisms that measure developer happiness on a day to
day basis
- As a Tech Lead on the Developer Experience initiative, you can expect
to work closely with the subdivisonal architecture offices
- Help to define and implement subdivision specific modernization plans
- Manage and mitigate modernization risks and blockers, identify
learning and educational gaps related to modern platforms, and manage
demand and financial projections related to modern platform adoption.
