·    Minimum 5 years of Oracle database

·    Strong and hands-on in SQL experience with writing queries
independently.

·    Must have Healthcare experience

·    Must have Production support experience and able to research/debug
production issues

·    Problem solver who can use and analyze log files with good
troubleshooting skills

·    Good to have Salesforce lighting (service module) experience

·    Good to have AWS Cloud knowledge

·    Good to have Java development knowledge

·    Good Communication skills


Responsibility:

Work on incidents assigned
Work on application quality controls (QI) per SOP
Proactively monitor and manage incidents and service requests assigned to
meet targets for backlog and aging.
Write SQL queries to research the issue and determine the impact list.
Improve and or create documentation on known errors
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for reoccurring issues
Provide value adds and ideas to improve/enhance the system
Communicate with client to update on incidents as well as status to
stakeholders
