*Position: IBM BPM Developer*

*Location: Alpharetta, GA (onsite post covid)*

*Duration: 12 Months*

*Role & Responsibilities:*

   - Experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)/Business
   Process Manager (BPM) – Standard with expert level development skills on
   Business Process Development
   - Self-starter who is proficient in development with Process
   Development, Headless REST APIs, JAVA, JEE, Spring, Git and other
   - Frameworks with experience in guiding Project teams with full life
   cycle of development/design and requirements gathering
   - Strong development experience with JAVA JEE with strong skills on
   Microservices, latest JAVA.
   - Should be willing to learn new technologies/tools.
   - Strong developer with hands-on experience in coding, delivering
   quality code and writing quality unit test cases.
   - In the role of a Sr. developer/lead, the resource will be involved in
   architecting and designing complex business processes and find solutions
   for the business problems.
   - Collaborate and lead discussions offering expert opinions w.r.t design
   and implementation.
   - The resource will also be actively working on enhancements and fixes
   in these areas. The resource will be working closely with the users in
   resolving issues and answering questions.
   - Participate in design review and peer code review.
   - Understand the build and deployment process and be a go to person for
   troubleshooting live issues.
   - Strong understanding of Jmeter and experience with building test
   automaton suite using Jmeter



*Primary Skills / Must have*

   - Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing complex solutions using
   IBM BPM/BAW Process Designer.
   - At least 5 years of experience modeling processes using IBM BPM
   Process Designer, implementing UCAs, Ajax and Generic System Services.
   - 5-6 years of hands on development experience with core JAVA
   - 3 to 5 years of experience in developing complex coaches, coach views.
   - 1 to 3 years of experience in using JavaScript frameworks and other
   concepts like Git, Jmeter, Spring.   AngularJS experience is good to have
   not required.
   - Mandatory Functional Skills Defines expected behaviors of service in
   terms of performance, service levels, and so on. Implements KPIs, SLAs, and
   dashboards within the BPM product
   - Demonstrable experience working with Process Designer, BPDs and Coach
   Framework as a Front End technology.
   - XML, XPath, XSLT, SOAP and Web services, REST and Junit
   - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
   - Excellent communications skills and ability to guide and mentor junior
   resources
   - Ability to technical manage a team and have conversation with business
   stakeholders
