*Position: Data Engineer* *Location: Charlotte, NC (post-pandemic – WFH presently)* *Duration:12 Months+* Key Skillset: Apache Beam, Spark with Java, Ab Initio This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: - Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related area - 5+ years' experience on ETL Development Tools: Spark / Java (preferred), Python, Ab Initio, Informatica - Advanced experience & demonstrated proficiency in Spark. - Experience with Apache Beam, Cloud Data Flow, Dataproc, Cloud Composer and Big Query - 3+ years' experience in Big Data technologies , Distributed Multi-tier Application Development, Database Design, Data processing, Data Warehouse. - Requires strong ability writing/interpreting/tuning/debugging complex SQL queries and stored procedures. - Working knowledge in API and Microservices is a plus. - Strong data profiling, data analysis, and data validations skills. - Deep DBMS experience on multiple platforms (Incl.
