*Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst Location: Boca Raton, FL Remote Duration: 6+ Months Contract to Hire Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC/GC EAD/H4 EAD* *Responsibilities:* - Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder, Data Extensions, Email Studio, including Subscribers, Suppression Lists. Awareness of Advertising Studio/Social Studio a plus. - Gather requirements and build cross channel campaign journeys such as email, display, social, direct mail using Salesforce Marketing cloud (ExactTarget). - Ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop and implement new Marketing journeys and enhance existing journeys. - Leverage knowledge of segmentation, testing, predictive analytics, and business intelligence to improve campaign performance and optimize results. - Meet with business stakeholders to create data awareness, recommend, develop, maintain, and prioritize business data requirements and specifications. - Ensure data is properly managed and leveraged from source to storage to delivery in the most efficient and effective way to benefit the functional areas. - Determine and document all the systems of record, how the data and metadata are acquired, processed, accessed, and used. - Partner with analytics/reporting and marketing teams to drive performance of cross-channel campaigns. - Ensure monitoring and optimization of campaign performance using BI tools. Strong SQL skills are required. *Education:* - Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, mathematics, information technology, computer engineering, information systems, or analytics - Master’s degree a plus *Required Experience:* - Minimum of *2 years* of experience with *Marketing Automation, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Campaign Execution or Data Management required.* - Experience in *B2B (business marketing) and B2C (consumer marketing).* - Experience with Agile methodology. Familiarity with JIRA is plus. - Advanced SQL experience to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets. - Ability to work with business and technical teams. - Designing, developing, and implementing data collection databases. - Evaluating and drafting reports based on data findings. - Implementing quality control procedures and guidelines. - Experience with data protection and control. *Technical/Analytical Skills:* - Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder, Audience Builder - Marketing Automation, Data Visualization tools - Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Snowflake - Relational Databases & SQL *MUST HAVE:* - Will be working with Marketing team - 50% Functional -50 % Technical ( SQL Data Analyst background) - Must be able to Build and Run Campaigns - Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder, Data Extensions, - Advance SQL- able to extract Data from SF Marketing Cloud - Excellent communication skills. Able to communicate with Stakeholders - Minimum of 2 years of experience with Marketing Automation, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Campaign Execution or Data Management required. - Experience in B2B (business marketing) and B2C (consumer marketing). - Experience with Agile methodology.
