The In Home Work Order Product team is responsible for building and supporting the Mobile/Web application portfolio which enables fulfillment of In Home Work Orders (delivery, installation, repair, etc.). Our mission is to maintain and enhance the existing IT solution required to provide rich, intuitive experiences to the Agents when in the home. As a member of In Home Work Order engineering team, you will be enhancing the application and building new experiences to better support our in home field agents. As part of the In Home Work Order Product Team, we are responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting a mobile/web application that is built on React.js. The application includes an Android APK, front end UI and back end SOAP and REST APIs that are used by other internal and external applications to create customer schedules for services. This candidate will be a member of the Product delivery team and will be responsible for designing and building technology solutions that meet our Product and Engineering requirements and deliver the associated benefit.
