- The Workday Business Analyst provides functional and technical expertise across our various HR Technology platforms, including business process configuration, report development, integration point development, and data management. This role works closely with internal HR, business line leaders, and HR system vendors to effectively meet the HR technology needs of the organization. Responsibilities - SME for HR, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking processes and reporting. - Will resolve Workday tickets related to HR, Compensation and Benefits as well as monitor integrations to troubleshoot errors. - Functional SME for Workday feature releases, new functionality implementations. Optimization requests and in prioritizing open issues with IT. - Will assist with data for compliance filings (federal, state and local entities). - Will recommend business process improvements to better prepare the company for scale and growth Requirements - 4-6 years Workday experience across multiple modules - Workday experience in at least 3 of the following modules; HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance - Experience resolving Workday tickets related to HRIS systems and serving as SME on Workday releases - Experience with data audits and reconciliations for employee data (compensation grades, salary, incentives, allowances, benefits elections, onboarding, etc.) - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must maintain confidential information, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to meet deadlines - Advanced knowledge of Workday report writing - Basic Knowledge of Integration architecture supporting inbound and outbound integrations; including EIBs, Studio and Connectors - Experience in other tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow Thanks and Regards, G Rathan -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
