Candidate must have good customer facing skills while being able to troubleshoot and problem solve application issues independently. Responsibilities include: • Clarity PPM Training - Must have functional knowledge of the Clarity PPM tool with the ability to train users on a wide range of roles PMO Power users/Clarity Leads, Project Managers and Time Entry users Experience with building, deploying and socializing change through eLearning software. • Schedule, monitor and run Clarity PPM process engine and workflows. • Lead and deliver projects successfully from planning to adoption • Communicate effectively with colleagues and partners in a global company • Partner with teams to identify client's requirements for Clarity Represent and ensure end users interests when implementing functional changes in partnership with vendor partners and technical teams.
