Resource will be working on critical business applications which caters services to US market 6. L2/L3 level support in Datawarehousing applications/Change Request Implementation/Job Monitoring/Query-issue resolutions incident management 7. Resource should be extremely good in written and verbal communication skill. This position requires interaction with end users (Director and above) 8. Since this is a support engagement. 9. Resource needs to flexible for weekend support/on call support(on need basis) 10.
