Kindly find below JD and share suitable resumes *Role: SAP Change & Release Management Coordinator* *Duration – 3+ months* *Location - Remote* *Description* The SAP Change and Release Management Coordinator will have accountability for coordinating the SAP Change and Release Cycles within the framework of the QRM IT Change Management process. The role collaborates with business partners, business process experts, solution architects/BASIS, product and project teams, and end users to plan, schedule, and coordinate activities related to planned SAP changes and bundled releases. The role works closely with IT Change Management and Release Management to ensure strong governance across all phases of SAP releases and champions the use of SAP Solution Manager for Break-fix, and new enhancements and projects, using SAP Focused Build and SAP ChaRM. *Responsibilities:* Support End Users · Collaborate with S4 project team during large, staged deployments to Production · Collaborate with leadership to determine roadmap and deploy new functional modules · Help to coordinate technical activities for move to different areas in the environment landscape such as Development, QA, Pre-production, and Production · Enforce Governance working with Development leadership to ensure objects moving have integrity and tested sufficiently · Coaches and supports the on-going education of the IT teams and IT leaders, as required, to drive and maintain adherence to defined release governance standards and objectives. · Work with release content owners to understand key business, system, and/or technology interdependencies in addition to back-out/contingency plans · Coordinate assessment of risks and issues which affect release scope, schedule and/or quality · Participate in change board meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks · Maintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists Application Ownership · Identify Solution Manager related issues, and the design and delivery of resolution and improvement plans to address these issues · Accountable for the day-to-day operation and availability of the application; primarily in the ChaRM, Solution Documentation, Process Management, and Focused Build functional modules. · Provide consulting on SAP change request processes in ChaRM and Focused Build · Perform Solution Management and Administration Cockpit activities to configure change cycles · Configure Solution Manager for Solution Documentation and Process Management · Accountable for the design and delivery of initiatives which will continuously improve Solution Manager effectiveness *Skill Required* · Strong people, communication, and collaboration skills; proactive approach to information gathering · Highly adaptable to rapidly changing environment and evolving requirements · Strong knowledge of and experience with Solution Manager, especially with ChaRM and the Change and Release Management module within Focused Build · Strong knowledge of and experience with the SAP transport process · Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills; willingness to document learnings · Proactive and self-motivated learner · Hands on strong experience of having configured Solution Manager and delivered Solution Manager improvements · Very strong stakeholder management experience and skills · Proficient in conflict management and negotiation · Highly proficient in risk management, conflict management and negotiation · Very strong working knowledge of ITIL processes *Qualifications/Position Requirements* · Demonstrated effectiveness and ability to work independently, and drive results with peers, stakeholders, and customers. · 3-5 years of previous release management experience · Advanced knowledge of SAP, related to object management, and advanced knowledge ITIL and SDLC processes · Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlines · Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills · Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes. · Ability to evaluate and negotiate priorities and adapt to new/evolving individual and team assignments as adjustments are needed. · Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of an organization how current trends and technology can address identified business needs and capabilities *Experience and Education Requirements* · 5 years of experience with SAP Solution Manager required.
