DevOps • Responsible for building Integrated Production Rollout Implementation Strategy and Plan • Responsible for working with project team including Project Managers, System Architects, and Technical Leads to understand the scope of the change, document the benefit of the change, initiate creation of Change Management ticket in Service-Now, work with technical team to ensure required technical tasks and activities are incorporated in the ticket, as well as tracks change management tickets through approval process • Responsible for tracking the implementation from lower environments till production. Highlight the must cover test scenarios.
