*Job Title: IT Project Manager (Mobile application development projects)Location: Houston, TX – Hybrid role* *6 Months contract* ***Additional Notes From Hiring Manager*** - Project is Technical Operations Mobility, interfacing with data, web, CoE, and other Client technology teams. - Daily, the PM will work with Business Analysts, developers, and the business to help define schedules based on requirements within the budget. (Experience leading a team of 6-12 resources is important.) This is a very hands-on role. Customer engagement is also an important aspect. - Must have experience* leading agile software development projects. Understanding Scrum, backlog grooming, etc. is required.* - *A mobile development (iOS application development) or web application development background is required - Objective-C with a C# and .NET background.* - Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio strongly preferred. - TFS experience very strongly preferred. - Must have the ability to work independently and be proactive. - Successful candidate will also have excellent communication and customer service skills. Some flexibility may be required outside of business hours as needed Description - The Project Manager will be managing multiple medium to large moderately complex IT projects and will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling of project activities to meet objectives to do software enhancements and software maintenance activities. - This position will lead the business and IT groups through all phases of the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC), and communicate effectively to Business/IT teams.
