Kindly find mentioned JD. *SOA Architect* 100% Remote- Must work in EST/CST hours 6 months plus contract *Brief Posting Description:* SOA Application Architect – This role is within the Enterprise Services team that provides API’s that are used by company’s critical applications such as Online Banking, Mobile App, Online Account Opening, Branch Teller Systems, IVR, Alerts, Collections, Loan Applications, Financial Insights, and Offers. Will be responsible for partnering with internal and external partners to design solutions between systems using IBM products as the SOA Framework *Detailed Description:* · Adhere to structured development lifecycle methodology · Develop, Drive & Maintain SOA Roadmap and best practices. · Deliver integration solution architecture and high level designs for SOA based on business requirements, overall solution from solution architect, and channel requirements · Be the SME in the for IBM DataPower, WESB, IIB, and Interact platforms. Continuously pursue expertise in these platforms and keep up to date with latest vendor developments. Asses the current direction of Huntington’s utilization of these platforms and provide recommendations on how to best apply their capabilities. · Create Proof of Concept deliverables in DataPower, WESB, IIB, and Interact platforms as business needs require them and provide recommendations on how to implement requirements in these systems *Job Requirements:* · Proficient in SOA architecture and standards. · Requires expert grasp of structured development methodology, i.e. RUP/Use Cases, Agile Development, etc. · Strong analytic, problem solving, decision-making skills and proven ability to discern critical from minor problems · Strong interpersonal skills in areas such as facilitation, negotiation and the ability to work with internal customers and vendors · Well-developed written/verbal communication skills, planning and organizational skills are required. Must possess the ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail · Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision and work well under pressure. Ability to coordinate activities with other technical staff and contractors as required · Must be able to adapt to a variety of assignments and manage a number of projects and deadlines.
