Be comfortable presenting ideas to senior level stakeholders, receptive of feedback and quick to apply changes Ø Coordinate major feature releases and ongoing delivery of value to customers where multiple teams, release trains, or solution groups are involved in development Ø Works with the Agile Leaders, Technology, Regional, Operations, Care, GTM to define E2E delivery milestones and drive value delivery for our customers Ø Own and drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives, Track progress, identify and resolve dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate status to leadership Ø Help manage systemic risks and dependencies; escalate and track systemic impediments Ø Proactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress. Identify communication gaps, handle issues, and provide support to teams balancing opposing priorities.
