- Must have 5+ years of experience working as Palo Alto Engineer
(Mandatory).
- Knowledge and experience installing and supporting Palo Alto Security
Appliances
- Experience of installing Cisco and HP networking equipment.
- Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer 7-8 (PCNSE7-8)
certification preferred.
- CCNP certified (or higher)
- Data knowledge o Knowledge of protocols BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, SPT, TRUNKS,
VLANs, Port-Channel, Static routing o Networking topologies and protocols.

- Information Security: Custom signature deployment, signature tuning,

- Firewall troubleshooting and maintenance issues, responsible for
resolving the issues from company and/or vendor documented resolutions.
- Deployment of IPsec Site to Site VPN in Firewall.
- Creating and Managing NAT Rules and Policies
- Troubleshoot and installation of Global Protect VPN
- RMA firewall replacement
- proficient in Palo alto code upgrade, well verse with hardware models
like 5200,7200,220 etc.
- Coordination with firewall TAC to resolve critical issues.
