We have an immediate opening for the below position, kindly let me know your interest with your updated resume at *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Through TCS.. * *Terraform Design Engineer with Kubernetes Knowledge * *Denver Colorado* *Contract* *Job description below:* *Duties* - As a member of the Enterprise DevOps Cloud Foundations Team, the Senior Technical Lead partners with Development, QA, Security, and Operations to enable the migration and end-to-end DevOps lifecycle for Cloud-based services and platforms. - Drive alignment between development, testing, security, and operational policies & standards across the DevOps lifecycle. - Implement best practice software design patterns for modularity, simplicity, composability, and maintainability. - Demonstrate through daily communication, practice and personal example how DevOps practices speed delivery, improve quality, enable innovation, and simplify operations to further the DevOps culture as an agent of change. - Thrive in a collaborative DevOps approach when designing, building, and implementing solutions that improve DaVita’s patient care offerings. - Identify and act on opportunities to improve and automate processes, systems, and code when proposing solutions, self organizing work, and forming virtual teams. - Ensure the design, implementation, and ongoing management of systems meet requirements for functionality, scalability, performance, efficiency, and reliability. - Work closely with strategic planning groups to provide technology direction that achieves the business vision. - Create capabilities enabling proactive operations for pre-production and production environments. - Able to make practical decisions balancing DevOps goals with business delivery needs. - As the Senior Technical Leader for Cloud Foundations, drive DevOps culture change, automation architecture & patterns, cloud technical design, delivery flow, implementation best practices, mentor DevOps Engineers, and enabling operational improvements. *Skills:* - 8 + years of Hand-on experience and proficiency with DevOps and Cloud Experience in either of the Major Cloud Service providers such as AWS, Azure or GCP. - 4 + years of experience in Terraform - extensive knowledge of designing and implementation of terraform resources & modules. Would like to avoid candidates who have just used the terraform scripts built by other teams. - Kubernetes knowledge. - Cloud Network Design - Networking concepts including hybrid network design - Experience as technical lead for cloud design, automation, and DevOps practices - Extensive experience managing IT Infrastructure automation using terraform. - Cloud Security exposure - Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows - Modern CI/CD processes and tooling ( Jenkins, GitlabCI etc.,) - Kubernetes Orchestration and containerized workload management - Identity Based Cloud Security for Public and Private services - Cloud Operations tools including monitoring and logging. - Cloud-native and hybrid-Cloud implementations. - Enterprise Cloud migration background preferably with heterogeneous applications. - Microservice delivery and operations enablement - Relational and NoSQL databases - Design for HA and Disaster Recovery - Prior experience with successful Agile techniques in a DevOps context. - Ability to work with and lead a team and coordinate efforts between onshore & offshore teams. - Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills - Software development experience including software design patterns and techniques. - Data Pipeline design and automation - Good knowledge of any of the scripting language such as Ruby or Python Must have skills - Terraform: Would like someone with extensive knowledge of designing and implementation of terraform resources & modules.
