if you want to read the file from sdcard by programatically
File myfile = new File("/sdcard/sample.xml");
or if you want to get the dump the file to your system from command prompt
you can use
to get the file --> adb pull
to insert the file to sdcard --> adb push
OR you can do it by
open ddms while running emulator/devise
in device category choose file explore
then it will display tree structure
under sdcard you can found your files
use given menu options pull and push to transfer files to and from the
device
